Shortly after forming RI Real Estate Services, Greg Dantas trademarked the company’s official tagline: Selling Rhode Island™. This slogan could not be more fitting.

Born and raised in East Greenwich, R.I., and a top-producing real estate professional for nearly two decades, Greg is intimately acquainted with successful selling in the Ocean State. In 2015, Greg earned Realtor of the Year for the Kent Washington Association of Realtors, adding to a long list of accolades he’s collected since starting his career.

Overseeing the entire organization in addition to being an active member of the National Association of Realtors, Kent Washington Association of Realtors and the Rhode Island Association of Realtors, has not stopped Greg from pursuing his ultimate passion: working as a licensed real estate professional to help clients sell or purchase a home.

Greg serves on the Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation’s board of directors, the Statewide MLS board of directors, executive committee and professional standards committee.

Nicole Carlino is a fixture at RI Real Estate Services. One of the original founders of the company, she helped to grow the business, foster the close-knit culture and expand from a single office to multiple offices throughout the state.

A 15-year industry veteran, Nicole fell in love with real estate following a successful career at a Fortune 500 financial company. Though her passion for finance remained steadfast, Nicole grew weary of the repetitive days and limited social interaction often par for the course in a corporate environment. The dynamic nature of her role at RI Real Estate Services, and her ability to lead and manage others are what Nicole enjoys most about her management position.

In addition to being the COO and CFO for the company, Nicole actively maintains her Realtor license. Additionally, she serves as the Chair of the Kent Washington Grievance Committee, an organization responsible for reviewing complaints by both Realtors and the public and upholding the code of ethics within the industry.

When you call our office, chances are the first person you speak with is Deborah. She is often the initial point of contact with clients, vendors, business affiliates, and industry professionals. No matter who she is speaking to, she strives to uphold the company’s culture and brand as one that is professional, respectful, and caring.

As Director of Operations, Deborah is on point with the execution of the company’s focus which is the consumer experience, personal attention & building long term relationships. In addition to her “Main Administrative Role” at our EG Corporate headquarters, she can be found doing anything from designing holiday window displays, staging homes and everything in between. Every project she takes on assists and supports the company’s ability to serve its unique and valued clients, vendors, associates, and the community.

Prior to her role at RIRS, Deborah held positions in a variety of fast-paced and demanding industries, including medical, legal, and subcontracting. Having worked in various fields armed her with the ability to balance the needs of all the multifaceted tasks that need to be managed daily.

A native Rhode Islander, Michael focuses on all aspects of real estate and specializes in three distinct areas. As the Director of Commercial Real Estate he had the second highest Commercial Sale in RI during 2022 per Statewide MLS. He also is a certified DRS professional, committed to assisting physicians with their residential real estate and relocation needs. Lastly he specializes in helping discerning luxury sellers auction their properties to the highest bidders around the world.

It’s no wonder Dana Phillips is RI Real Estate Services Director of New Homes Division. A third-generation real estate professional with over 40 years industry, his passion and knowledge are unrivaled.

Dana’s real estate education began in childhood, growing up in a home where both parents were Realtors. Dana’s grandfather worked as a builder, a catalyst in his decision to focus on new construction. Though not a trained architect, Dana’s helped to design new homes from the ground up – even drafting the plans. Now, he works with builders to identify new opportunities, secure contracts and assist in design.

Throughout his career, his passion for real estate has not waned. “On Sundays, you can find me out in the trenches. I’m putting up signs, ensuring properties are ready for prospective buyers. I’ve actually been offered Patriots season tickets that I had to pass up, because my Sundays are so busy. Fortunately, I love what I do!” says Dana.

A former President of the RI Realtors Association and winner of the Rhode Island Realtor of the Year award in 2000, Dana is uniquely positioned to assist builders and clients throughout the Ocean State.
